resume

I was born in Omaha, NE, and moved through many U.S. cities until settling in Rhode Island in 1997. I am an artist who is inspired to create sculpture, textile art and drawings from everyday remnants. If I had not gone to art school, my other dream job would have been to be an anthropologist or an archaeologist. I have become an imaginative one instead, with my collections of Suburbia and City Life from daily excursions in my neighborhood. All of the materials I collect prompt me to make fine art about what it is to have a "good life."
